why do police officer never get charge with domestic violence

During the early ages Domestic violence, also known as domestic abuse  Domestic violence has many forms including physical aggression (hitting, kicking, biting, shoving, restraining, slapping, throwing objects), or threats thereof; sexual abuse; emotional abuse; controlling or domineering; intimidation; stalking; passive/covert abuse. for example Department of Corrections of Santa Clara County on December 29, 2004 Titus Rucker, a disabled 71-year-old man who found himself in “civil custody. Department of Corrections of Santa Clara County on December 29, 2004 was beaten by DOC officers. Titus Rucker, now 73-years-old, was beaten without cause while in custody on December 29, 2004. He suffered a skull fracture, loss of eyesight, torn ligaments and a dislocated arm.  The official incident report states that the DOC officer (easily 40 years younger than Mr. Rucker) feared that mr rucker was going to assault or attemped to injure him. therefor more the 10 doc offricer assistin to beat him. And another reason why police officer always get away is, A 7-year-old girl was shot and killed when an officer’s gun went off during a struggle with a woman in a house where Detroit police were searching for a suspect in the slaying of a teenager. the reports stated that on that sunday Aiyana Jones was hit in the neck by a single bullet and died at a hospital. and the officer never got charge with the shotting.. that show you offricer never get charge with killing sivilians
